Welcome to Earthflow Health Naturopathy - it’s great to see you here. I’m a Clinical Naturopath and Herbalist, as well as a wife, mum to three kids and two doggies, and a passionate lover of our natural world. I believe vibrant health should be obtainable and achievable for everyone.

Think of me as a compassionate detective who takes the time to truly listen, look beneath the surface, and uncover the root causes of what’s going on for you.

While I’m based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, my online naturopathic clinic allows me to connect with and support clients all across Australia.

My goal is simple: to work alongside you to restore balance and build lasting vitality via individualised treatment plans that are achievable and realistic for you.

My approach is always down-to-earth and grounded in evidence-based practice, while blending traditional herbal wisdom to provide patient-centred care that you truly value.

    A focused follow-up to review progress, discuss new developments, and refine your plan. We will review any test results and adjust next steps to ensure your care remains practical, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.

  • Extended Return Consultation

    A longer follow-up session, designed to unpack detailed test results and provide clear explanations. We review your findings together and refine a targeted, achievable plan, so you leave with clarity and confidence in your next steps.

  • Acute Consultation

    A short, focused consult for current patients with a new acute concern. We will address your immediate issue, provide clear guidance, and arrange any necessary products. There is no extended treatment plan for this appointment.

  • Flower Essences Consultation

    A gentle and supportive consultation focused on emotional balance and mental clarity. Each personalised Flower Essence Remedy is carefully prepared to your needs and accompanied by a tailored treatment plan.
